Keeps a level head on the ground and reckons the camaraderie is what makes the job. Fun fact: he's a Grade 8 double bass player.

Keeps the crew organised and plays to everyone's strengths. Loves getting outdoors and seeing new trees on the job. Previously served in the army.

Specialises in rigging and tree reductions, with 15 years in the industry, and genuinely enjoys the physical side of the job. Once worked for the great granddaughter of George Orwell.
